Thanks for stopping by my blog, and I certainly hope you stop in again.
I’ve recently quit teaching secondary English after thirteen years–a bit heartbreaking, because it is great work. But if I hadn’t made a change, I would have had to start eating the bark off the trees in my backyard to reduce stress, and once you start doing that, it’s a short road to talking to squirrels and taking their opinions seriously. So for my good and the good of everyone around me, I am seeing what I can make of this photography thing, which I also derive deep pleasure from.
I’ve been in Philadelphia now since 1998, save for a year in Spain–a fantastic place, if you haven’t been. I love traveling and seeing new people and places, and I love staying put and seeing the same people and places. I love using photography to help myself and others see old things in new ways and new things in old ways.
Please visit my website for a more extensive gallery of my work, and information on how I can help you with your photography needs.
